Active Kidz Shanghai (AKS) is a youth sports organization dedicated to providing sports programs to the local and international community here in Shanghai. AKS is overseen by our Board of Directors, who are all parent volunteers. We operate on a non-profit basis, and offer seasonal leagues and training for recreational players, as well as year-round competitive teams (AKSIL) with professional coaches for more advanced players. Our programs are open to girls and boys ages 3 and up, at multiple locations in Pudong and Puxi. As of today, AKS has over 4,500 members registered in our database, drawing roughly half of our members from the international community and half from the local Chinese community.
