Forum opened in 1999 as Palmetto Benefit Management.  After almost 15 years in the industry, and tremendous growth, we re-branded in 2014 to better align our image to the changing face of health care.   In December of 2016, we along with 24 other independent agencies nationwide, formed a new company called Alera Group.   Since then, Alera Group has grown to over 100 firms nationally, with almost 2,000 employees. Forum is proud to be a founding member of Alera Group and looks forward to pairing our National Capabilities with our Local Delivery for the benefit of our valued clients.
