Our work to help non-profits falls into two main stages. First, we put together a business plan and financial forecast to show how the organisation can grow, and what financial resources would need to be in place to make that happen. We also do some research on grants that match the strategy and create a grant fundraising calendar. The second stage is working on a bid writing campaign based on a win only fee, so you have nothing to lose.
