At Imperial Homes we build luxury homes with value in mind. In the last couple years we have done very well at the Parade of Homes put on by The Cape Coral Construction Industry Association (CCCIA) in 2017 we won “Best Overall”, “Best Outdoor Living”, “Best Exterior Design”, “Best Interior”, “Best Kitchen”, “Best Bath” and “Best Livability” for "The Lorraine" model. In 2018 we won awards for "The Lorraine" and nearly swept the category for "The Catalina" model including "Best Overall". In 2019 we were fortunate enough to add "Builder of the Year" to our CCCIA accolades for "The Serenity" model.
