Healthier Moms and Babies is a non profit organization in Allen County, Indiana, serving the Fort Wayne area. We help low income, pregnant women have the healthiest babies possible by becoming more informed about pregnancy and by helping them reduce stress and access services. Mission: Healthier Moms and Babies is a perinatal outreach project whose goal is to improve the outcome of pregnancy and reduce infant mortality by providing health education and case management to at-risk families
