Empowering Business Globally Incorporated in January 2011, Qatari Diar Construction Products Company Industries W.L.L (‘QD‐CPC Industries W.L.L’) is a joint venture of five partner companies that have come together with one objective in mind; establishing a series of innovative, market penetrating, Qatar-based building materials manufacturing facilities which will become the “complete building solution” for their clients. The partners, Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Co., Saudi Bin Laden Group Co. Ltd. (SBG), Construction Products Company International Co. (CPC International) and The First Investor Co. Q.S.C.C. (TFI) have collaborated to build QD-CPC Industries W.L.L on a foundation of seamless relationships with clients and suppliers, hard work and dedication, and continuous innovation. Today, QD‐CPC Industries W.L.L owns and manages the wholly owned operating building materials factories engaged in the related business segments. On an area of 200,000 square meters as an initial phase, QD-CPC Industries has its Industrial Complex located in Mesaieed Industrial Area. Through its skilled professionals and devoted team, QD-CPC’s objective is to continue to build strong long-lasting relationships with key customers and to leverage shareholder strengths, a process which is enhanced by its certification for the International Standards ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, and OHSAS 18001 Health and Safety Management.
