Sydney Supersonics is part of the Champions League Basketball Group of Companies, as an independent club across the entire Greater Sydney region. @championsleaguebasketball-CLB3x3 Our vision is the connect people through basketball, by providing an enriching experience of the game that we all love. We see this vision playing out in a number of ways that will ultimately help Australia to reach it's status of a true world class destination for basketball. Within Sydney we aim to connect with the street & urban side of basketball, connecting the city together through regular competitions. One of our missions is to have a Sydney elite team participating in the 3x3 World Tour & for the people of Sydney to feel like they're a part of this team. Another big mission is to be a part of getting over 1000 courts built across the entire Greater Sydney region. Our aims are centred around the biggest problems we face in basketball, from the perspective of a player. In our eyes this problem is a lack of high quality facilities to play at. By building 1000 courts we hope to help remedy this & provide an opportunity for anyone, of any age or skill level to be able to play basketball & have a great time doing it. The Sydney Supersonics is about human connection through basketball & achieving what we are all fully capable of. We compete in FIBA endorsed events & play on the FIBA3X3 World Challenger & World Tour Circuits.
