A Team Approach to provide efficient system of handling the many tasks involved in foreclosure management: BPO’s, Verification of Occupancy, Cash for Keys as specified by client, Coordination of Evictions in cooperation with client, Securing Property, Changing locks, Arranging initial trash out/clean/repairs as directed by client, Turn on utilities and arrange regular maintenance, Obtain bid estimates for repairs as needed, Property inspections on a regular basis or at least weekly/bi-weekly, Monthly status reports, Listing/Marketing, Listed in the Multiple Listing Service, Home database and Internet sites, Sign and color brochures on all properties.
