All of our coaches are Masters degree or ILM7 qualified and are members of professionalc oaching bodies - noting that many are accredited at Senior or Master practitioner level. Our Associates are experienced business professionals with many years experience of operating at top levels in FTSE 100 organisations principally in Financial Services and the NHS. Our unique blend of experiences means that we are frequently able to combine interim roles with coaching assignments - so we can address organisational issues and develop capability at the same time, through a range of transformational and developmental coaching techniques. WCA are also the originators of the eMotive cards - a research based tool that allows coaches and clients to access client emotion as part of coaching engagement. The research was published in Coaching at Work in May 2014 and was awarded the "Best Research Article" in their annual awards and was also published in a peer reviewed journal. Further work in this area was awarded the "Best Article" by Coaching at Work in 2017. More recent work has focused upon generatioanl differences in coaching and coach supervision. We have a number of large corporate clients across the Health and Education Sectors. We are not limited to these sectors and have worked at CxO and Board level across a range of different industries. We are happy to work with any number of clients, from individuals to teams.
