The Auto Trainer is a company designed to coach, train and ultimately place individuals who wish to commence a career in the auto industry. The Executive Director Paul Iacobazzi utilizes his 25 year tenure in the auto industry as award winning sales man and successful manager to connect dealerships with potential recruits. The company has a ongoing sales seminar entitled Detour to Success to train those who have little or no experience in car sales. In its first 3 months of activation The Auto Trainer had trained and placed an outstanding 26 recruits with top tier franchise dealerships.
