Twin sisters Jil and Joanna Pasiecnik co-founded J and J Productions in 2015 with the intention of uplifting women in film in front of and behind the camera. All of their productions prioritize women making up at least 50% of the crew and placing women in creative leadership roles. Their expertise is in producing digital comedy shorts, having worked with clients such as Adult Swim and Funny or Die and have had a web series acquired by Amazon Prime.
