She Rock She Rock is a Minnesota based 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to empowering girls, women and female-identified folks through the art of music. We provide an inclusive environment that values collaboration and diversity, develops leadership skills and fosters self-confidence. Through our music education programs and events, we believe that creative expression can evoke social change, challenge gender stereotypes and encourage a climate of support within our community. Unlike traditional music programs, SR2 programming focuses on creating a non-competitive and supportive culture, with curriculum designed specifically to help our participants find their voice. The music and workshops are the vehicle, but the result is that participants gain a sense of self-agency and are able to create positive social change for themselves and the world around them. All programs offer financial aid options and welcome participants of all ability levels, including those with no musical experience. Our current programs include: Girls Rock 'n’ Roll Retreat, Ladies Rock Camp, Year Round Classes for all ages and various Open Mics & Open Jams.
