Mid Central Pest Control was started in January 1974. Mid Central was incorporated in 1982 and currently services from the south side of Chicago to Zion and Joliet to Wisconsin border, taking in most of Northern Illinois. The president and founder of Mid Central Pest Control, Peter F. Schopen, Sr., started the company with the idea that everyone, no matter what their financial situation is, should be able to have pest control. Over the last 36 years he has endeavored to make it affordable for everyone, including senior discounts. Mid Central has a wide range of services ranging from insects, rodents, termite services, as well as termite inspections for home sales. Mid Central does commercial and residential servicing, as well as private seminars on termites for real estate and inspection companies.
