Joe Schneider began Spirit Seminars and consulting in 1988 after earning his Master of Arts Degree in Educational Leadership from Eastern Michigan University and working as a school administrator. Upon learning and embracing the principals of Servant Leadership, Joe was excited to share these principals with others so that they could become effective and productive leaders in their businesses and communities. With over 20 years of experience, Joe has helped hundreds of supervisors, managers and leaders across the United States through his work as an executive coach, inspirational speaker and strategic planner.
