Welcome to One Life Connection! My name is Tien Luong and I am a Vietnamese trainer and coach with a decade of experience working with entrepreneurs and corporates in Vietnam, China and the Netherlands. Growing up in a developing country, I strongly believe in leadership development, an area of personal development that leads to transformation, not only for the individual but also for the society. On a personal quest to bridge the competence gap between Vietnam and other countries, I founded One Life Connection Training & Consultancy in 2012. Over the years, we have expanded our services from corporate training to business coaching and built a client base ranging from pharmaceutical to legal, investment, retail and consuming goods, for multinationals and foreign-invested companies. Since 2015, we have redirected the company's mission to focus on Mindfulness-based training & coaching. We believe in the power of mindfulness in today's VUCA world. We believe that when leaders are mindful, they can see more clearly, listen more deeply, and make better decisions for People, Profit and the Planet. Looking forward, we will continue to strengthen our portfolio and extend our professional network in the region.
