COMPLIANCE MANAGER / CCM ASSISTANTS ROLES/ CCM TESTING COORDINATORS Coordinate production and all departments to execute and maintain compliance guidelines throughout prep, shoot, and wrap Negotiate/coordinate testing, following all HIPPA, with the production companies SER (Safety Employee Representative) Track and manage COVID-19 Symptom Screenings Integrate updated state and local guidelines into production company guidelines Source and deliver PPE to crew during prep days Create a custom PPE package based on the style and execution of your shoot. Tech scout to discuss and coordinate the ACTION PLAN for safety integration, temperature recording, check in process, and catering needs. Work closely with catering and crafty Safety meetings with AD to support additional guidelines, protocols and reinforce the individual participation of crew to the importance of a safe environment All Crew check in, and verify testing, and symptom screening have been completed and recorded Assist Medic with on-set safety screening as part of the check in process All crew / executives / principles / talent to maintain a safe physical distance Compile a daily set safety review to maintain continued protocols Provide wrap reports to production for testing, crew tracing and symptom screening.
