The Human Resources Management Association (HRMA) at UCI was founded in 2019 by five undergraduate business students at the University of California, Irvine. We are the first, and only, human resources-focused business organization on campus. We are also partnered with the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA) as a student chapter, allowing our members access to exclusive opportunities to learn from and network with industry professionals. Our organization aims to educate young professionals on the nuances within the HR industry through guest speakers, mentorship and internship programs, professional workshops, and certification opportunities.
