Youth 4 Change Network (Y4CN) is an international action tank working towards the integration of vulnerable and excluded young adults from 15 to 24 years all over the world. Its aim is to connect stakeholders, advocate the cause, experiment, share and encourage all initiatives with them in order to have an impact on the integration of excluded youth into a more decent world. Youth 4 Change is a non confessional and apolitical organisation. To contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable society by acting against youth exclusion, we propose to: - build a “learning” and acting community in charge of pledging for the cause at international and national level. - raise awareness and visibility of this urgent cause in the civil society at a national level - identify and support dissemination or implementation of scalable solutions. To help in measuring their impact. - encourage participation of any citizen to Youth integration, a civil society issue not limited to governmental bodies, associations, educators or social workers.
