LitSavant provide independent practical consultancy services in the area of edisclosure and litigation support covering all aspects of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM). Our focus is very much on the practical and includes the training of users and administrators on the use of document management systems, the design of appropriate workflows to streamline the review process and so on. The company also produce the LitSavant Conformity Engine - a Relativity application that gives users the ability to create and manage rules to be applied during the data entry process. The application requires no specialist programming knowledge to use, is driven through the familiar Relativity interface and operates within the standard Relativity security model. With it a user can create and manage rules which can be used to send emails or display onscreen messages, to update fields, execute Relativity Scripts or to automate the creation of new objects. The software was designed by a former professional litigation support manager as the tool that he would like to have owned and as such is easy to use but powerful. This software is compatible with the most recent release of Relativity. Recently added functionality includes the ability to create (and if desired to autonumber) new objects. This makes it possible to create and populate objects for purposes such documenting errors or recording amendments of particular significance.
