Owners Michael and Tanya Hughes are a husband/wife team that was in search of a company to partner with to have the best opportunity for growth in business. There was also a desire for a positive atmosphere surrounded by men and women of integrity. That company was, and still is Equis Financial. In April of 2016, a leap of faith was taken to partner with them to begin CGH Group.
