Our unique model consists on developing local 50/50 JOINT-VENTURES: Start-ups don’t need to invest in the Joint-Venture, they just need to provide to the Joint-Venture with exclusive, perpetual rights of their technology in the territory. Sanpei Ventures funds the Joint-Venture and operates it throughout its development in the territory.
