These offer new employees opportunity to develop confidence and increase productivity, while achieving a nationally recognized qualification with support from experienced trainer/assessors. Employers also benefit from state and federal incentives that far exceed mandatory fees for courses offered. As an example, a typical Employment Services traineeship cost could be up to $2,500 but this is off set by government incentives for eligible trainees of $6,125, providing a positive cash return for the employer! We also offer advice concerning business development, providing business support services such as feasibility study, business planning, strategic planning and organisational review and we even undertake tender submissions for our clients.
