Kaiju is a progressive metal band rooted in Copenhagen, consisting of four enthusiastic young men. Drummer/Vocal Anders Mørck, Lead Guitarist/Vocal Martin Aalling, Vocal/Rhythm Guitarist Mads Thines and Bass Player/Vocal Rasmus Widemann Larsen. We are inspired by bands like Mastodon, Opeth and Alter Bridge, but each person have his own background in different genres which is beautifully mixed together in a combination called "Kaiju". The 23rd of September 2017, we released our debut album "Rise To Nova". "Rise To Nova" took 12 months to write and 18 months to record and we sincerely believe that it's the sound of quality by passion and dedication, creating the music we love.
