The focus then was to assist farm and business owners with the complex issues surrounding the transfer of farm/business assets that typically accounted for much of a family’s net worth. The level of intense planning required to transition such a legacy has been our focus ever since. We’ve worked with over 350 farm successions or sales over the years, in addition to business sales, sudden wealth from lotteries, and inheritances.
