Cohen Consulting is a digital transformation, marketing and business strategy consulting boutique serving multiple verticals. I leverage 2 decades of my strategic consulting (in McKinsey & Co and private consulting), and operational experience in a range of companies including Google and 3 hi-tech companies I co-founded and led to successful exits. Between 2017-2019 I consulted to a range of blockchain projects including Fusion.org, Beam, Qiibee and others. My work ranges from fortune 500 companies including Google, Lennar Homes, NetApp, Scientific Games, through consulting companies such as McKinsey and EY consulting/ Parthenon, to cutting edge tech companies such as Hippo Insurance, Explorium and Stream Elements. My deep understanding of online marketing, UX and product, together with my ability to quickly learn new businesses, allows me to innovate and problem solve for many non tech clients especially in current times when consumer behavior and preferences have shifted from offline to online and remote consumption habits. I believe that whilst Covid 19 is regretably a global catastrophe for people and businesses alike, it creates an urgency to adapt to the new normal, survive and even thrive in it.
