ProtoTaste helps existing restaurants and aspiring chefs distribute their menu via our channels, while increasing sales and growing their brand. By partnering with ProtoTaste, members can rent our food trailer to sell their menu. They staff the kitchen as they see fit, set their own price, create their own concepts, and get their food in as many mouths as possible. Restaurants can test out new parts of town. Chefs can tweak their menu, or try an entirely new concept. This is all done at a fraction of the cost, and risk, of opening a brick and mortar or food truck of their own. We provide all the tools necessary to help our members grow. We handle all things business and logistics so they can focus on what matters most - making good, quality food.
