This equates to 1,000 residential homes, currently progressing through the planning system with a projected gross development value of £500m. We have significant in-house expertise, supplemented by a highly experienced advisory team. This gives Greatwave the capabilities required to optimise all aspects of the development process, starting from site identification and securing favourable planning consents through to successful disposals.
