I am a Fortune 500 executive and PCC Certified Coach with a wealth of knowledge and strengths in areas such as digital transformation, enterprise sales, operational best practices, and talent development.  Over the last two decades, I have been dedicated to developing top-performers and empowered teams resulting in exceptional business results at organizations such as Queen’s University, PeopleSoft, SAP, and Microsoft. In 2019 I launched Clear The Noise Coaching Inc where I work with coaching clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to take action and achieve their desired goals. The key focus areas of my coaching practice are Career/Job Search Coaching; Leadership and Personal Development; and Sales Enablement. Some clients choose to leverage the Birkman Signature Report in our coaching program. The Birkman Method is an assessment revealing three key perspectives of every person: Motivation, Self-Perception, and Social Perception. Understanding these perceptions, and how they influence each other, each person can better understand the emotions and actions that characterize their life.
