The Latin American Business Council (CEAL) is a network of Latin American entrepreneurs. Its mission is to stimulate the participation of its members in trade patterns and cooperative exchanges in all areas in which the private sector can contribute to strengthening reciprocal ties and socioeconomic progress of nations. Regional integration is more likely to succeed when employers are actively involved. Thus, the institutional purpose of this organization is to stimulate private enterprise presence as an agent for change.
