REVYRE GLOBAL
www.revyre.comREVYRE is a rubber polymer recovery and re-processing business for end-of-life tyres (ELTs). This recovery and recycling process creates a high-value black devulcanised rubber master-batch compound and scrap steel. There are an estimated 1.5 billion ELTs generated globally on an annual basis. Current practice is to re-tread, re-purpose, stockpile, dump or dispose of these tyres through thermal processing – many of which create significant health and environmental risks. REVYRE’s solution is to recycle ELTs into scrap steel and rubber compound products which can be used in the manufacture of new tyres, re-treading products, asphalt - bitumen substitutes and binders as well as other black-rubber compounding applications. REVYRE’s plants accept most forms of ELTs in most sizes, in addition to other end-of-life rubber products including conveyor belts. REVYRE’s primary revenue model is from the sale of the following products: • RubberJet Granules (RJG™) and RubberJet Powder (RJP™) – defined by sizes produced in the disintegration and micronized granulation processes • Tyromer Tyre Derived Polymer (TDP) • High Tensile Steel • Rubber Moulded Products Vision Our vision is to rid the world of the largest and most intractable environmental threat and to create a world that is clean, healthy, sustainable and free from environmental threats. Mission Our mission is to undertake our share of leadership and actions that will create a true circular economy from disposing of end-of-life tyres, using systems and technologies that: - Are ethical, profitable, and environmentally unimpeachable. - Contribute to an improved, sustainable, environment. - Yields the company, its partners and its investors a fair and attractive profit and an enhanced reputation. - Enables us to enhance community outcomes where we operate, by contributing to well-being, capacity and resilience, through providing work, skill and wealth in a culturally appropriate manner.
