talentify® is a project by the social business talentify GmbH that aims to promote young people’s talents and at the same time creating life perspectives – regardless of the socio-economic background of their parents. This means in particular, that young people need to get equivalent opportunities early on. By raising their qualifications for the labour market, the general ‚quality’ for their entry into a first career also increases. The online plattform talentify.me supports learning aid between pupils and with the talentify.academy creativity, personal development and social competences can be achieved outside of school. talentify.works is established to provide employer branding and innovative matchmaking services (recruiting) and youths-related counselling for companies (especially in regard of apprenticeships) as well as to support young people in finding the perfect job and company as an apprentice after they have finished school.
