Bedford and Delancey started in 1995. It is one of the first bakeries in the Netherlands, which only use traditional recipies for baking original American bakery products. The name is derived from Bedford Street and Delancey Street in New York: the city where Jewish immigrants introduced the bagel in the previous century.
