The Mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law. SCOUT LAW A Scout is: Trustworthy, Loyal, Helpful, Friendly, Courteous, Kind, Obedient, Cheerful, Thrifty, Brave, Clean, Reverent. Bay-Lakes Council is one of the largest Scout Councils in the Midwest. We provide programs and services to over 13,000 youth in 36 counties from Eastern Wisconsin to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. We have over 170 Cub Scout Packs, 200 Scouts BSA Troops, 20 Venture Crews, and 10 Explorer Posts.
