Certified Holistic Health Coach, Debra Costanzo, teaches her clients how to take personal responsibility for their health so they can live fuller and more productive lives on both the personal and professional level. Sensible weight loss can be accomplished by adding physical activity to one's daily routine - activity that the client deems as "fun" and to which they will happily commit. It is never associated with the depriving of good, tasty, healthy food. Debra's clients learn how to enjoy food and will learn to see food as their "friend" in weight loss and NOT their adversary. Debra believes that we are integrated beings and, therefore, deals with the whole person and meets each person right where they are. There is no "One Size Fits All" approach to Debra's coaching style. Rather, she adheres to the teaching of "Bio-Individualty" and allows each client to take the first step down their own wellness road.
