Bruegger and P. Michael McCullough, Jr. and their hard working support staff. Joe Bruegger has been in practice representing injury clients since 1981. Joe started the firm in 1996 as a solo practitioner. Joe is Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law and has the highest rating, “av”, from Martindale- Hubbell, the definitive U.S. lawyers’ directory. After his graduation from law school Mike McCullough first went to work for a law firm practicing insurance defense. Mike joined Joe’s firm in 1998 and in 2001 the firm changed names to Bruegger & McCullough, P.C. The firm believes in giving back to the community. The firm has been a major contributor to the Dallas Campaign for Equal Access for the last seven years. The Campaign raises money to fund legal representation for people in the community who are in need of legal representation but without sufficient means to hire an attorney. Mike is a proud member of the Salesmanship Club of Dallas which supports several local youth and family resource centers. Both Joe and Mike are active in their churches and in their kids’ sports programs.
