Eagle Vision is a boutique leadership development company founded in 2005. We inspire leaders to build trust and loyalty so their teams will increase productivity and deliver higher bottom-line profits. We teach core leadership skills, including the psychology of leadership, through workshops, seminars, and coaching. Eagle Vision has two core business divisions: 1. Leadership Development for Women 2. Myers-Briggs for Leaders Eagle Vision focused on helping women become better leaders when The International Women's Leadership Project was launched in 2008. Women are uniquely qualified and perfectly positioned to meet the leadership needs of this knowledge-worker age, but are an often overlooked and undervalued resource. The IWLP helps organizations nurture their female talent and capitalize on their leadership strengths. Myers-Briggs for Leaders helps both women and men build strong relationships and develop successful teams. Eagle Vision uses psychological type to teach leaders how to motivate and influence people.
