Second Chance Foundation is an organization that sources, funds, coordinates, and implements projects for small non-profits that operate in South America, Africa, and the Middle East. Based in Houston, TX, Dubai, and Buenos Aires, the organization enables change primarily through education. From 2016 we identified, funded, and executed more than 15 projects on time and on budget, supporting those who are committing their lives to help others.
