Reliant Property Management was formed in 2016 to provide full-service property management services for select assets owned by our related company Reliant Group Management. Reliant Property Management currently operates in California, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon and Washington and has 39 properties and over 5,200 units under management with plans to expand our footprint across the owned portfolio of Reliant Group Management. Reliant Property Management specializes in managing a diverse set of assets including, LIHTC, HUD, conventional and lease up communities. Reliant Property Management also offers construction management services for a full scale of construction and renovation projects.
