The principal officers of H4-Consulting have over 50 years of collective public and private sector procurement experience working in Africa, the Middle East, and North America, successfully delivering acquisition & contract oversight for Department of Energy, NASA, Department of Defense, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, and Boeing.
