Firmly rooted in Greenville, SC, we are conveniently located to provide services throughout the southeast. Bluewater’s partners include four Professional Engineers with 55+ years of combined experience in all aspects of Civil Sitework Engineering, Land Planning, MS4 Permitting, and NPDES Compliance. Our staff includes 2 PE’s which are LEED Accredited Professionals and 1 SC registered Landscape Architect. We have experience working with private developers, contractors, municipalities, government agencies, private corporations, school boards, churches, sewer authorities, water authorities, and as sub-consultants to other engineering firms.
