AES is a nonprofit dedicated to being an advocate and ally for all vulnerable California youth. AES is committed to improving the life chances of vulnerable youth by empowering their voice and fostering collaborative, cross-cultural, cross-generational relationships for systemic change. AES is also committed to ensuring youth have the chance to succeed by giving them leadership and advocacy training, mentorship and support, and opportunities to be engaged and have their voices heard.
