Connected Heart Friendship Society’s mission is to give teens and young adults who have lost a friend the opportunity to rebuild the connection to themselves and their communities. We aim to accomplish this by creating spaces targeted specifically to teens & young adults where they can access free resources, counselling, and peer support after the loss of a friend.
