It all began in 2001 as a boutique firm working in the niche area of strategic communications planning. The practice grew into Ingenium Communications, offering consulting and training – first in strategic communications, and eventually in the area of change management. What makes us unique is our relentless commitment to making our clients stronger through capacity building. That drive led us to develop the Results Map® methodology for strategic communications in 2004, now used by thousands of communicators world-wide. Results Map® workshops, knowledge products and tools have grown over the years, including the addition of a change management (link to Toolkit) module in 2016 and the new Results Map® System for Strategic Communications launched in 2020.
