Grove Developments Limited is the construction division of the Arora Group, which specialises in commercial, residential and hospitality projects. It has overseen 32 projects since its inception in 2011 as at 31 March 2015. The most recent project includes the design and construction of the Intercontinental London –The O2 and the adjacent residential development Arora Tower. The services, includes: • Specifying project objectives and plans including delineation of scope, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selecting project participants • Maximizing the resource efficiency through procurement of labour, materials and equipment • Implementing various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process • Developing effective communications and mechanisms for resolving conflicts The company has an in-house team of specialists of quantity surveyors, mechanical and electrical engineers, civil engineers, architects, and project managers who specialise in internal construction management projects for the Arora Group and externally.
