Art Therapy Lab explores innovative ideas for creating art therapy experiences within a virtual space. Art Therapy is about exploring emotions, thoughts, and experiences through art-making & creative processing. Our mission is to provide a theraputic space that fosters a safe & inclusive environment, which connects with others from around the world. We are a small incubator that develops virtual art therapy experiences through in-house services & collaborative projects. Our collaborations are with non-profits, art institutions, collectives, & corporate settings. They consist of short and long-term projects that provide art therapy to respective populations via online exhibition, open studios, workshops, and classes. In-house services include solo sessions & custom art therapy groups that are open to all.
