Stephens was founded in London in 1983. Since that time we have focused on the provision of legal and business advice to our clients in relation to the international growth of their companies. We operate mainly within the sports and fashion sectors, covering such areas as international strategy, distribution, licensing, marketing, litigation management and IP management. We act for brand owners as well as local distributors, licensees and agents. Our desire is to focus on a small number of successful businesses and by doing so be able to more effectively understand and cater to each of their needs.
