Survivors of human trafficking are not just victims of commercial sexual exploitation. Traffickers have used their identity to obtain credit and other financial services for their benefit. Survivors are faced with addressing these issues post exploitation. Acting as an intermediary between a survivor and their creditor(s) we gather the information required and communicate with creditors on behalf of survivors. This eliminates the need for survivors to have to deal with individual creditors. It also ensures they are not re-victimized and treated in a compassionate manner In most instances the debt associated to the survivor as a result of their trafficking experience is a result of fraud and/or coercion.
