Since the establishment of the firm in 2001, ARRC has specialized in providing turnkey design/build services for wetland mitigation, stream restoration, and storm water projects. ARRC’s expanding staff of professional and support personnel provide a multitude of comprehensive aquatic resource restoration services. ARRC provides these services throughout the Mid-Atlantic region from our office located in New Freedom, PA. Providing turnkey design and construction allows ARRC to deliver cost effective and timely services to our clients. The designer of a project will also manage the construction, providing input and in-field adjustments. This approach reduces time and money spent in coordination between the designer and contractor. ARRC is committed to providing progressive technology and methods to our clients. RESOURCES ARRC maintains a diverse fleet of vehicles and heavy equipment to service project needs and run various attachments. Our fleet is equipped to be utilized in conditions demanding low ground pressure and hard to reach places. See our Equipment page for more details. ARRC also has a well-established native plant nursery featuring both a greenhouse, and outdoor areas. Both areas contain wetbeds, where we can grow or propagate plants that prefer to live in a wet environment. ARRC also has a robust seed collection program. Seeds of various trees, including black gum, sassafras, and viburnum, are collected and planted. Near the greenhouse and nursery are 3 ponds with established wetland vegetation, and young plants can be pulled from here to use as bare roots, or to be potted.
