Our agents, operating out of our Glens Falls, Albany & Utica, NY offices, are seasoned professionals dealing consistently in the foreclosure market(s) on a daily basis. In April, 1999, Royalview Realty was awarded the contract to list H.U.D. properties in 22 upstate New York counties. To date, we continue to manage this contract and have successfully closed tens of millions of dollars in property values.
