I was frustrated by how most team building companies offer one size fits all team building activities and how many recent graduates/young people experience a strong sense of disconnect from the teams they are put in/ from organizations that employ them. This can sometimes lead to people job-hopping from one organization to the next. I knew there was a better way. I started a company that offers tailor-made team-building sessions/events that take into consideration who is in the team, what the team wants, and who they are as a team. Through meaningful, structured experiences that get the teams out of the office environment, not just on a fun activity but on activity that helps the team identify the strengths it has and realize its full potential and the potential of its amazing people. I noticed that most team building events that companies organize on their own sometimes end up alienating some team members.
